The kitchen at East 59th is proudly run by Head Chef, Elmar Zeinalovas .
Originally from Azerbaijan, Elmar was in the Marines for 5 years before moving to England to study. He then ended up where his heart lay…in the kitchen.
The dishes from Elmar’s new menu have been inspired by a mixture of both New York and Yorkshire. Where possible, we’ll try to source our meat and vegetables from Yorkshire based suppliers that are Yorkshire grown.
Elmar’s favourite dishes on the menu are the steak tartare, chicken Kiev and the tiger prawns.
